The Zero Project Scaling Solutions Programme is a joint initiative of the Essl Foundation, Fundación Descúbreme, GIZ on behalf of BMZ, and the programmes's implementation partner Access To Success. It focuses on transferring and advancing outstanding innovations for persons with disabilities to new countries and regions by offering individualized scaling support.

    The Essl Foundation MGE gemeinnützige Privatstiftung is an Austrian non-profit organization. It was founded in 2007 by Martin and Gerda Essl and their children. In 2008 the Essl Foundation initiated the Zero Project, which has been its leading programme for over a decade.

They have successfully developed and implemented sustainable and efficient management models in social investment, training, advocacy, consulting, and research.

    Enable Everyone

    Access To Success

    Access to Succes is a Canadian not-for-profit organization on a mission to Enable Everyone. Its free, global accelerator for accessibility startups helps scale life-changing innovations for people with disabilities through unqiue programming, resources and funding.

    As of August 2025, their 78 alumni startups from 10 countries have benefited over 2.1 million people with disabilities and raised over $55M and more than $61M in revenues. ATS' goal is to benefit 8 million people with disabilities by 2030, representing the current number of Canadians with disabilities.
